Excellent service very helpfull and explained everything clear I could not fault the service

A little apprehensive about this big hearing test. Nobody wants to admit that they’re not hearing too well but David was absolutely brilliant. He put me at ease and explained everything in clear concise detail. Very good experience.

After a delay of over twenty minutes from my appointment time, for which no apology was offered, I finally saw the consultant.
He was very knowledgeable and thorough in the examination. He explained everything clearly and answered all questions well.

David was super helpful and has really helped me understand my hearing loss. The "background distraction" test was great as it showed where my hearing struggled in certain situations.

The examiner was thorough in the examination of my ears. He explained everything about the test in simple terms for me to understand. He went on to explain about my options. It was my choice of what I wanted to do and purchase, there was no pressure once I had all the information.

David was kind, efficient and patient. He explained everything that was happening and used layman's terms rather than specialist jargon. His manner was calm and reassuring. We felt safe and relaxed in a potentially worrying appointment. There was no rush; being sent off for a coffee and a conversation to test the hearing aids was a real treat. The whole experience was pleasant and helpful.

First pair of Phonak hearing aids were Faulty.
Now Using replacements, seem okay at the moment, expect better quality control at these prices.
Hopefully these will be available okay?

Supportive staff who explained all aspects of the test. I was shown results and they were explained thoroughly. I felt that plenty of time was set aside for my appointment so I could ask any questions.

The audiologist is pleasant and knowledgeable.

On three occasions I have booked a hearing test at Boots in High Wycombe and on each occasion I have received notification on the morning of each appointment they had to cancel my appointment due to not having an audiologist available. The store must know when their audiologists are available. What's the point of having a booking system if you do not have anyone there to undertake the hearing tests. I have never had such appalling customer service and certainly will NEVER make a further appointment with Boots hearing care.
