Having had huge difficulty even arranging an appointment at Boots Biggleswade for wax removal, it has been abruptly cancelled by text today within hours of it. To make it worse the online rebooking link says appointments are available nowhere in my area, and I have to ring - yet again - a euphemistically named "engagement" centre. Fortunately I have been able within minutes to arrange an appointment with Specsavers, Letchworth. I wouldn't touch Boots with a bargepole. Appalling customer service from start to finish.

Darren at Biggleswade store was professional, whilst being approached and friendly. He understood my requirements and made me feel at easy. He also explained all the different types of hearing aids and suggested what was right for me.

Darren at Boots, Biggleswade, was very helpful. Explained my hearing issues clearly and which type of hearing aid would be most suitable for my condition.

I went in for a hearing test and then was mis-some one hearing aid at the price of £2650 when I researched later I can get the same hearing aid and service provided for less than half the price else where!

The Audiologist was excellent, everything was explained and demonstrated. We were also provided with a copy of the frequency and loudness graphs, fascinating.
No big sales pitch, just a clear explanation of options available.

My hearing test appointment on Saturday was again one of very satisfying professional attention by Darren. He has helped me in every way possible, so ready to go the second mile to do the best for his patients. I am very thankful to him and that Boots have such a good audiologist at Biggleswade.

A little wait for my appointment - No real problem.
Excellent consultation. The Audiologist was totally up front regarding cost. No pressure whatsoever. Still a lot of questions, which, I'm sure, will be answered in due course. The initial experience of my new hearing aids is very encouraging although I do understand that it will take time to acclimatise myself to them.

Very thorough test. Options clearly explained, time taken over fitting of hearing Aid and all questions answered. Highly recommended.
