I'd do zero stars if it allowed.

Had an appointment for my stepfather at 11:45.
By 12:00 we had'nt encountered a soul, then, when we asked we were told they could not do his hearing test! No explanation as to why his appointment was seemingly canceled. Utter rubbish customer service.

The audiologist, Iqra Hakeem, explained everything so well. She made it into a pleasant experience.

Ingrid was excellent, listened closely to me and also communicated really well, showing good understanding of my needs and the range of possible hearing difficulties and products to alleviate the worst effects of hearing degeneration. A really worthwhile experience and I'm happy to recommend her to anyone with concerns about hearing deterioration.

The staff were very professional and took time to explain fully the procedures and to answer any questions.

My audiologist was Iqra. She was great. Professional, empathetic and clearly enjoys her work. She was keen to make sure I was comfortable and confident with my new aids. I couldn’t have wished for a better technician or experience

Iqra was very good at understanding my issues and recommending what I needed, after knowing I had hearing issues for some time & putting off the inevitable

The whole process of testing to fitting & follow up went very smoothly

I now can hear & participate fully in activities where I missed conversation in certain situations

Two appointments re new hearing aids. Seen on time on each occasion and the test lasted more or less as predicted. The assistant spoke well and clearly. All in all a pleasant experience. Hope I see the same assistant when I go to collect my New hearing aids this Thursday.

Prompt polite pleasant helpful and practical audiologist. Explained options clearly. Initial appointment followed by more in depth assessment and testing of hearing aids. Felt confident to order and pay 10% deposit. Due to collect in 2 weeks time. 90 day trial refund available if required. Felt comfortable and confident with my decision to go ahead in ordering my first hearing aids.

Amazing Service.

Iqra was key to making sure that my father took forward the hearing aids he needed.

She was to the point with the information yet did it in a calm collected way in informing him of his need for them.

She backed everything up and was very detailed throughout and the help in choosing them as well.
