Boots Hearingcare - Leamington Spa レビュー

Raj put me at ease. He helped me with my mobility issues and listened to my problems regarding my current hearing aids (not from Boots). He explained everything carefully and made time for me to ask questions. My appointment was stress free and not rushed.

I live in Newcastle upon Tyne but was visiting Leamington Spa on a weekend break. I have hearing aids from Boots and one of my aids stop working. It required a new filter. I went into the Boots Store in Leamington and was seen by an audiologist who replaced the filter in both of my hearing aids and gave them a quick clean. I did have to come back to be seen but it was excellent service. Thank you.

Audiologist is first class .
Product is not great. In fact very poor.
Been 3 or four weeks without the aids and twice they've not worked.
For the money 3k plus the products aren't up to standard.
I'm not impressed.

Very efficient throughout from team members to purchasing

Raj the audiologist was great, so helpful , knowledgeable and answered all my questions
The only reason not to have 5 stars was the fact that I had to wait quite a while to get checked in as someone was on the phone

Good advice and excellent explanation of how to effectively use ear piece.

The gentleman was very professional and explained everything in detail that I needed to know. It was a very useful and interesting experience.

The leamington spa branch of Boots provides exceptional care ,advice and support for your hearing aids . I’ve been visiting for over two years and one person in particular Joshua is one of the best representatives of a company I have come across in providing advice on issues with either the hearing aids or general advice on hearing issues . First class .

I called at Boots Leamington Spa on the off chance of seeing an audiologist, as I wasn't hearing so well as usual, and was unable to change a wax filter. I was fitted in between appointments within 10 minutes.
He not only sorted out the filter issue, he then checked my ears, and for the first time I was shown how to put my aids in my ears properly. He then carried out a review.

Staff very good

Professional very able audiologist, who's handling of tests results, analysis and advice, for both first and second sessions was thorough, super efficient and on the button. His ability to communicate and get me up to speed with fitting, and mobile connectivity was a bonus and his patience was always present when I needed to go through issues more than once.
The test equipment, analysis and programming process was as good as it gets. Thank you Waqar, thank you Boots

Very thorough

Good tests, knowledgeable reviewer

I was unsure about hearing aids as I thought they would look ugly and make me feel old. Howe er having purchased the latest small rechargeable hearing aids I am delighted with the results. I can join in conversations instead of looking intelligent and hopefully nodding my head and smiling. I can honestly say they have made a difference to my life and as yet nobody has noticed them. Win win Thank you to the kindness of Amar at leamington branch

Very knowledgeable about the problems I was having with my ears.
Made you comfortable whilst chatting about the earing aids.

Wonderful audiologist, made me feel she had my best interests in mind. Very thorough test and demonstration of aids.

Sana, the audiologist was just great-patient, kind, simple explanations, great listener and communicator. She really made me feel at ease

Friendly staff, easy to book appointments.

Amar was very informative, knowledgeable, approachable and friendly, helping me to make my best decision.

This was my father's appointment at your Leamington Spa branch and I accompanied him. It was with Sana Ali who was the perfect combination of expert and empathic - she made what was a challenging event into a light, warm, professional experience. The information on each type of hearing aid in terms of personal needs was clear and made our final decision easier. A major plus was the 3 month trial period which swayed my father's final decision.
