Very satisfied only problem is can’t hear the land line telephone with them

Have seen him a couple of times, makes you feel at ease and comfortable in dealing with my hearing loss and how to ensure that my hearing aids are working correctly to get the best out my daily life. Popped in , no appointments, as my hearing aid was broken. Lovely young man, Shebin Joseph, made time to see me. He replaced the wires in my hearing aids and showed me how to fit the new filters when necessary. He was so kind and helpful and meant that I didnt have to go to Milton Keynes branch.

I was able to get an appointment quickly, and received very good service.
Maureen was incredibly helpful with a tricky technical problem. I was unable to pair my aids with my phone, despite the fact that they had worked perfectly well for almost 2 years. Maureen was determined not to be defeated, and the problem was solved.

Shebin was very helpful, knowledgeable and experienced when I visited L.B. for a check up. I appreciated the time given to me to clean, update my aids and retest me. His manner and professionalism was outstanding.

The person who carried out the test on me was very helpful and informative on the process and what to expect also he was not pushy with which hearing aids to havehe guided me through the process .

Another positive appointment with Shebin in to collect hearing aids and have them set up. Once again everything was demonstrated and explained clearly. It was a shame the actual moulds were not ready but this was out of their control. Very happy to be able to leave with the hearing aids today with a temporary solution pending the moulds being received.
