Easy to organise appointments, easy ways to pay (including military/veteran discount), great product. But most of all the absolutely wonderful service, in my case from Tom Baxter.

Well looked after. I was given all the info I wanted/ needed. A very pleasent experience.

Excellent information about what aid I need

Friendly audiologist who made me feel at ease. He explained everything clearly and patiently and didn't put me under pressure to buy anything. Was tactful about asking me how much I could afford to spend. When I left I knew what would happen next and when.

The audiologist (Thomas) was helpful, informative and not at all 'pushy'.
The booking system was well organised.

I had my hearing tested at Boots and was told I needed hearing aids , the staff where amazing and made me feel at ease, I opted for a payment plan has the hearing aids are very expensive, the day I went to be fitted with the divises they promptly took my deposit, then proceeded to do a credit check !!! Unfortunately I was unable to set up a payment plan, and cannot afford the aids, paying the deposit takes seconds , to get it refunded takes 5 days , surely it would be best to do the credit check first before paying the deposit and have to wait so long to get your money returned??

Tom took his time to explain everything in a polite and very professional manner.
Taking time to cover all area's and how to get the best results for what was required to vastly improve my personal hearing requirements.
The fitting appointment for my heating aids was also very professionally carried out.
I am looking forward to my next appointment to have my final set of hearing aids to be done shortly.

I was apprehensive about having a hearing aid but immediately put at ease by friendly expert who explained the process very clearly and I didnt feel rushed. It was good to hear that things are taken slowly at first and there is a good follow up procedure which is re-assuring. I was very impressed, and am now quite excited at the prospect of hearing aid. Really surprising!!!!

Excellent advice and service.

The examiner was very thorough, performed all tasks with care and explained the benefits of hearing aids in detail.

The hearing assessment process was straightforward and the results were explained very clearly. Similarly, the advice about options was presented clearly and without any pressure - and I didn't feel rushed at any stage.

Beacsuse my husband got hearing aids from you a few years ago and the lady was good but Tom explained things more clearly. And sensibly
