Elaine was a knowledgeable, professional and caring audiologist who talked me through all aspects of wearing hearing aids for the first time. She really took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable and well informed about the process. The store was clean, tidy and the other staff members were equally friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I accepted an invitation to have a free hearing test. I thought my hearing was ok. After receiving results I discovered that I had a problem having the sub titles on TV and difficulty hearing in a group situation. Rachel was very good at explaining everything and no pressure to buy. Very worthwhile.

I arrived for the appointment being sceptical about what the benefit would be for my particular requirements. Rachel explained patiently and clearly the results of the tests and importantly the input and commitment I would need to make to achieve a successful outcome. I was very happy with this and my new hearing aid will be available in a few days.

On time and lady was fantastic in her experience was was evident in all departments

Elaine really put me at ease during my wax removal, she has a lovely manner and a sense of humour and is a credit to Boots Hearingcare. I had been experiencing some discomfort and after my appointment I feel so much better.

Janine was so helpful with the removal of wax from my ears, she has such a lovely friendly and humorous approach and put me at ease straight away. She is a credit to boots hearcare. I can now hear a lot better! All thanks to Janine.

Audiologist was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Good end to end service provided. Appointment was on time - no waiting.

I found the hearing test straight forward and after I was offered a hearing aid to try. I understood this was a hearing aid costing £1195.00
I decided to leave my decision for a few days and phoned a few days later to go ahead and purchase an aid (the one I had tried at the test only to be told it was over £3000) I am now going to get an aid at £1195 and don't Know if it will be suitable.
