I had heard from a friend that Boots private hearing aids were good. I had a trial with the top of the range L90-R. The consultant explained how to use the aids and the improvement in my hearing was impressive. He was patient and didn't go into too much detail.

The audiologist was very friendly and professional. Everything about the test was fully explained and the results discussed with me. A full explanation of my hearing loss was given and the opportunity given to discuss various solutions without pressure to commit.

I was made very much at ease, all my questions were answered, nothing was rushed. Time was taken to explain my hearing situation in detail, giving me time to make an important decision.

Convenient appointment. Friendly helpful and knowledgeable Audiologist, Mike, who explained whole testing procedures clearly and also the interpretation of the results. Options and recommendations for suitable hearing aids were discussed without any pressure purchase.

Reassurance / explanations given all the time . I never felt at any time that I was being rushed..

This company have taken full advantage of an elderly lady by convincing her to purchase £1500+ hearing aids without carrying a proper assessment of her ears leading to 2 visits to A&E and ENT where a consultant has confirmed that they were sold to her under false pretences through lies about NHS waiting times and without all the proper checks being carried out has now also potentially led to further damage being caused to her hearing! I would avoid these at all costs, they aren’t audiologists, they’re salesmen, and dodgy ones at that!

No wonder boots is a dirty store, can’t get the cleaners because they keep bullying them
Bullies work better in packs, there is always a leader and the rest are followers
The cleaner they have been bullying is self confident in her own skin unlike them bullies walking round in make-up, and some, layered on thicker than paint. You bullies are obviously hiding something under those masks you put on. It’s a wonder you all have time to put all that make-up on
Age before Beauty…all laughing as you go up the stairs. It’s a well known saying. In general, not a laughable one
Do not tolerate bullies in a working environment, their loss, someone else’s gain

I shall not be entering that Boots ever again!!
They think you will not fight back to the abuse and it will give them a power trip to feel strong while you appear weak to them. It’s bullying in a nutshell. Bullies usually are mean to others because they have weak egos, they try to bully you with insults because they have low self-esteem.
