Boots Hearingcare - Mansfield レビュー 

I visited the Mansfield Branch of Boots Hearingcare Team to determine whether I needed Hearing Aids. Kashif Shiekh carried out detailed tests which identified my hearing difficulties and he recommended appropriate aids. Whilst undergoing trials Kashirf was amazing in fine tuning my requirements. Unfortunately, during these trials, I became diagnosed with an unrelated medical condition which necessitated me having to terminate my trial. Kashif was so understanding and did not hesitate for one moment to understand my problem and he unhesitatingly arranged for all monies I had paid to be refunded to me under the 90 day trial refund policy. Boots should be very proud of how Kashif demonstrated the professionalism, integrity and ethos of the Boots Brand. Thank You.

Every part of the test explained and a very knowledgeable member of the team

Professionally dealt with. Answered all queries. However, a pity interest rates were not mentioned before payment due.

Since I retired I noticed my hearing starting to deteriorate especially in situations where there was background noise or when with groups of people.
I decided to have my hearing checked at Boots.The technician(Kash) was excellent.He reviewed my problems and carried out tests .He then explained the results and suggested the type of hearing correction I needed.When I tried out his recommended solution I was staggered at the difference.A very professional and friendly experience!

Very welcoming and put me at ease

A reassuring appointment where we, my husband mostly since he wears hearing aids, left confident, satisfied and without worry.

An appointment with Kash, at the Mansfield Four Seasons Centre. Off for a routine hearing test, my husband with me in tow. Kash couldn’t do the test because of a wax build up in one ear.

Alongside this, the current hearing aids were old and not working effectively. Kash offered a pair of stand in hearing aids in kind to borrow for this duration because of disappointment. During today’s appointment, we couldn’t thank Kash enough for his helpfulness, kindness and sympathy towards my husband’s situation.

Very relaxing and knowledgeable experience, also sorted my problem out with my hearing and explained everything clearly.

The only problem I found was, I was trialled with Phonak aids but my budget was lower.It is like being given a test drive in a Ferrari and being sold a Fiesta.Other than that, my experience was very good.

Nothing but professional!
My appointment was made due to wearing NHS hearing aid for more than 7 years. The audiologist at Boots Mansfield, Michael conducted a very detailed ear and hearing exam and explained everything. I’m now the proud owner of all singing and dancing hearing aid and wow what a difference it’s made to me , my confidence and my life in general. I’m 48 and work in pharmacy and the struggle I’ve had, not knowingly with my hearing had made a massive impact on me as a person. Michael’s professionalism, knowledge, service and follow up care is exceptional and a credit to Boots, thanks Michael !

Michael is very friendly and made me feel at ease during my consultations with him. He explained everything really well to me pre and post my hearing test.

I was initially reluctant to plump for the wearing of hearing aids, but following the detailed and thorough hearing tests, I was guided by Michael at the Mansfield
branch, with no pressures to the right hearing devices for my needs. I feel the experience, carried out in clean, well equipped testing facilities, by an extremely professional, while personable audiologist (I really hope that is the correct title, Michael) was a definitely positive experience. The hearing aids recommended for me have been a real game changer for me at home, at work and socially.
