Very relaxing and knowledgeable experience, also sorted my problem out with my hearing and explained everything clearly.

The only problem I found was, I was trialled with Phonak aids but my budget was lower.It is like being given a test drive in a Ferrari and being sold a Fiesta.Other than that, my experience was very good.

Nothing but professional!
My appointment was made due to wearing NHS hearing aid for more than 7 years. The audiologist at Boots Mansfield, Michael conducted a very detailed ear and hearing exam and explained everything. I’m now the proud owner of all singing and dancing hearing aid and wow what a difference it’s made to me , my confidence and my life in general. I’m 48 and work in pharmacy and the struggle I’ve had, not knowingly with my hearing had made a massive impact on me as a person. Michael’s professionalism, knowledge, service and follow up care is exceptional and a credit to Boots, thanks Michael !

Michael is very friendly and made me feel at ease during my consultations with him. He explained everything really well to me pre and post my hearing test.

I was initially reluctant to plump for the wearing of hearing aids, but following the detailed and thorough hearing tests, I was guided by Michael at the Mansfield
branch, with no pressures to the right hearing devices for my needs. I feel the experience, carried out in clean, well equipped testing facilities, by an extremely professional, while personable audiologist (I really hope that is the correct title, Michael) was a definitely positive experience. The hearing aids recommended for me have been a real game changer for me at home, at work and socially.

I had everything explained to me in detail went through the test and then I picked my aids and they only take a week which is great and the gentleman was so nice

My Wife and I have experienced hearing problems since our retirement and have researched the best solutions to our difficulties. Michael Clinton has proved to be the very best. His knowledge of audiology is impressive but his sensitivity and calming response towards our problems helped us immensely in our choices. He is always friendly, patient and reassuring.
