The lovely lady Mazeeda at the Mere Green Four Oaks branch is very professional. She treated me kindly and professionally by explaining everything in detail in regards the different products available and how each one works. If I ever need any more advice I will be asking to see Mazeeda. Thank you for your help.

The audiologist was brilliant

The audiologist was brilliant, very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. The pricing structure is ridiculous and unclear and when I raised a related complaint there was no-one in customer services who could resolve it. I am now waiting for a response within Boots 10 day resolution deadline.
