Nafisha and Alex were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I would highly recommend Boots in Newcastle under Lyme if you are thinking of getting hearing aids.

Knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate staff

From the beginning when my husband was introduced to jayna the Audiologist, she immediately put him at ease and explained the process and products available in detail, identifying the best product for him. Once they were made one was uncomfortable and had to be remodelled; nothing was too much trouble, Jayna was very kind, attentive and patient even when it required a further amendment. Follow up Care is second to none and we feel very grateful for all the help she has given us. Thank you so much.

I felt the lady who assessed me was reassuringly experienced in her area of expertise which really made me feel comfortable and confident that I was getting expert information and I felt the whole experience was attentive and personable and the overall result has been brilliant. Not once did I feel I was under any pressure to make a purchase - Thank you!

The hearing specialist helped us thrtough explaining clearly

I went to Newcastle under Lyme branch. The audiologist, Aleksandra Piskulak was very kind and professional. She guided me through the process and explained everything in a clear and easy to understand way. She was very thorough with all the tests and took her time to make sure I was comfortable with the process. I was very impressed with her.

I got n touch with boots hearing care through the Internet to make a appointment they phoned me shortly afterwards to book the appointment very nice Lady on the phone was very helpful we agreed on a day and time to suit us both.when I arived at my appointment I was greeted by my audiologyist nice young lady name Alexsandra she was very professional, very thougher,polite, and in no rush to push us out after going past our appointment time. We had a very long discussion about which hearing aids would be best for me as these would be my first they where very expensive but extremely good so hopefully I will get on with them.

Salma was. Wonderful and very pleasant
I had to have the full earing tests which she explained very clearly and precisely.Also taking time to listen to my concerns as it isn't pleasant to be informed that two earing aids were needed as my hearing was deficient in both ears which for me was unexpected.
She then asked if my husband would like to join us when
She advised me on all the choices of earing aids and their features and price range.
I chose Phonak Lumity
external fitting as I dislike anything inserted into my ear.
I only have to wait a week to collect them.Finance is also offered interest free which I have taken advantage of with a deposit of 10%.. and of course the Boots bonus points too.
A letter to my doctor concerning tinnitus had already been sent by Salma for ENT for futher tests. Everything possible was thought about and discussed Boots staff and services are wonderful.

Alex did a fantastic job very caring and very patient I would recommend booking in with Alex if your looking for hearing aids
