The therapist who did my assessment was excellent.
The therapist who did my assessment and fitting was excellent. She explained each process clearly and I have the aids suitable for my personal needs. The room where the assessment was made was clean and comfortable. I could easily see readings on the computer screens as the assessment was progressing.
However the back up service managing appointments and payment is very disorganised. I had my appointment changed numerous times and was even given one in the wrong town.
I felt that the therapist was let down by the overall management system.
Fortunately I have an email address to contact my therapist should I require further help.

Only vague pricing of aids on web site
Only vague pricing on web site. Your rival give clear price s of the various aids they have available.
From £3995 was off putting and unclear so no sale.

Audiologist excellent, appointment time too short, instructions book weak
The audiologist was excellent but appointment too short to allow time for all questions to be answered.
It’s early days but a better instructions booklet (model specific) to refer back to should be provided.
Note I have only had these hearing aids for 4 days

As an initial appointment for a fitting…
As an initial appointment for a fitting of the purchase it went well, I don't get my hearing aid until the 5th of September when a full fitting will take place.

The member of staff was very pleasant. She explained everything very clearly. Showed graphs etc on the computer screen. Talked about training the brain
