Entirely down to your Audiologist, Caragh Davies. Every procedure, from start to finish, explained in easy to understand detail. What also impressed me was that no pressure was applied to buy any particular type of aid based on price. Suggestions were made as to why a particular aid might suit my hearing loss best. There were a number of recalls to tweak, as it were, the system. All in all, a pleasurable experience.

Couldn't fault anything the girl that I seen was very helpful and knowledgeable any questions I asked was answered. I would recommend Boots for hearing aids. 10 out of 10

Abeyshaykaa is an excellent communicator, and has the ability to explain hearing tests and results that helped with understanding my hearing loss.

Booked online and was told we would need a 75 min appointment. Spoke to staff at store who said I had to go back online and she couldn’t see the appointments herself. Called back as I couldn’t find the 75 min. Appointment and same lady said let me go it got you, which she couldn’t have done first time I called. After that service was excellent
