Patronising, and quite rude.

I have been seen by a male member of staff in his late 60s, he looked at me and I felt already dismissed because I'm younger (in my mid 30s).

I could "hear" his eyes rolling!!

My concerns were minimised and I felt stupid for even thinking I might have hearing problem.

The test showed some hearing loss, and the main problem I was coming with I was told "of yeah sometimes it goes so bad for some, they loose hearing completely" so casual, like he was offering me a cup of tea!!!

Very bad service, very unprofessional and unhelpful. Never will return or recommend to noone!

My new hearing aids have been everything that was promised. My hearing is almost back to normal. I can hjear conversations in a crowded and noisy room. I can listen to the radio and television without turning up the volume. All the cost was well worth ity.

Professional way in which I was dealt with. Clear explanations and instructions. Very pleased with outcome.

So far all good but still suffering shock at the cost.

We have been trying to get my mother to have a proper hearing tests for many years. It has got to a point whereby she cannot hear any conversations which both upsets her and very frustrating others. Once we took her to Boots and he assessed her she has felt a lot happier and looking forward to having her new aid fitted. Chris has amazing patience, patience and understanding.

The gentleman was very helpful, explained each step, went through each process to evaluate the hearing loss in each ear and suggested the hearing aids I required and the varying prices and that there were hearing aids available on the NHS. As you are aware I opted to purchase

My appointment was conducted very sensitively and patiently.From the very first step I felt I was in safe hands, the advice I received was helpful and not pressured in any way. So far I am pleased with my hearing improvement, I know it is early days but they are comfortable and my hearing level is much improved.

Mr Christopher Martin at Boots in Newton abbot was excellent when I went to have my ears examined. He explained everything and was very professional in his approach. I came away after ordering new hearing aids.
