Taken on time. Received reminders of my appointment time. Jack was so nice, friendly and helpful and explained everything so clearly.

One of my hearing aids developed an intermittent battery fault and I requested a service visit at a different branch to my previous visits as it was nearer home. Alan Lamb could not have been more helpful. After resetting my hearing aids the fault persisted so he has sent them both away for investigation and repair. He also programmed a pair of trial hearing aids to my hearing loss so that I would not be without. In the two years that I have had my Boots hearing aids, I have received superlative service at both Newton Mearns and Braehead branches. Thank you.

I’ve had a good experience when I went for my appointment all my questions were answered and I didn’t feel pressured and I was treated with respect during my appointment.I would certainly recommend Boots to anyone that has a problem with their hearing.I hope the hearing aids work well for me….

Disgusting unprofessional annoying experience.
New Hearing aid broke in first week. Got it back then broke again. Now waiting for replacement for 2 months now

Thorough ear examination, hearing tests & explanation of options.

Alan, the audiologist, was not determined to make a sale, and concentrated on finding out the extent of my deafness. He then explained the difference between my current hearing aids, and the potential improvement the latest developments could make.

The member of staff at Newton Mearns was very helpful and efficient
The follow- up hearing test was a total loss as the aids were not connected to my phone and your member of staff offered no help.

My audiologist at Boots Hearing Care in Newton Mearns, Charlye Abbott, is absolutely excellent. She is knowledgeable, attentive and caring and takes great pains to explain everything in terms that I can understand. I first bought hearing aids from Boots in 2020 after NHS Audiology effectively closed down due to Covid. Yes, the initial outlay was significant but interest-free credit over two years helped hugely. The real bonus is that all the aftercare is free, and readily available.
