Didn't have to wait appointment on time.The young lady was very helpful and explained everything to me.?she was a very pleasent young lady.Was very happy with the choice of my hearing aid.

I recently visited Boots Hearingcare in Nottingham for my regular hearing review. All of the staff were very helpful, especially the audiologist Carolina, who is extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and gave me carefully considered detailed advice. The result is that I now have new hearing aids which are a vast improvement on my previous ones.

Overall, I found Boots Hearingcare to be an excellent service and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I was seen on the first day on making enquiries for an hearing test all staff were very helpful the hearing test was good and got my hearing aids the next day

The individual audiometrists are great. Kniwledgeable, professional, friendly. The system is let down by the call centre and online booking system, which are unhelpful, disorganised, time-consuming and not fit for purpose

Deevya explained what she was doing and why. Also talked me through the new setting on my updated hearing aids.
All in all a good experience.

The service offered by Boots Hearing has degenerated over the past year or so. I’ve been with Boots hearing for a decade but latterly I’ve never seen the same audiologist twice so no continuity. It has become impossible to book appointments as the message link sent out to me just doesn’t work. Equally trying to phone for an appointment is a problem, you never get through. The efficient service I had in the past has gone. I’ve now moved to an independent practice where I’m not pressured into buying the latest aids and I have a significant choice of hearing aid suppliers, not just the one which Boots offers.

Alissa went into everything in detail and showed me how to pair my hearing aids, how to use the app and how to alter the settings to account for the discomfort I experience in some settings such as crowds. She has incredible knowledge.

Alissa is not only very friendly and helpful, she has excellent product knowledge and is a skilled communicator. She listens, remembers and then provides solutions. Totally professional - but such a lovely, caring person!
