I saw Zoe in Oakham on Friday for a long overdue review (Boots fault it was overdue). Luckily there hadn’t been much change.
She is very professional but at the same time very caring. For Zoe it comes across that it isn’t just a job for her but something she enjoys. She listens to you and answers questions you ask but also asks if there is anything else before you leave her room.
I tried some more modern hearing aids but didn’t feel that they made enough of a difference to buy. I do know that if I do decide to give them a go that I have 90 days to try them.

We went to the Oakham Branch solely because my wife amd I wanted back-to-back appontments. Whar a good decision. We found the audiologist, Zoe, approachable, re-assuring and very professional. I have no doubt that when I have my follow-up appointment, any issues I have will be dealt with in a similar manner.

Hugely helpful and professional staff, inspired great confidence in this tricky area. My hearing issues diagnosed very skillfully and quickly.

The staff member who conducted the hearing tests was professional, courteous and easy to talk to. My many questions were answered thoroughly and with kindness. I didn’t feel as if I was expected to choose the most expensive aids but what would work best for me and within budget.
At no time did I feel pressured or rushed.

The after sales service as after few days had hiccup which was sorted immediately.

The approach was excellent and professional. There were very clear explanations and communication of the options available to me.

Zoe the audiologist at Oakham was very caring and explained everything , I was not hurried and she explained all the different hearing aids to me but did not pressure me at all to make a decision

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Zoe was very warm and friendly and completed all the testing very confidently. Everything about the procedure was well explained and any questions answered as they arose. Good choice of hearing aids were available and help given to select the most suitable one for me. Would thoroughly recommend this service.

Very good service from first class hearing department in Oakham.

Zoe was very competent, she carried out the hearing tests, explained the outcome and then showed me the options for hearing aids. She didn’t push one or other just outlined the pros and cons of each type and their prices. All in all a master class in how it should be done.

World Class Customer service from Zoe always on the end of the phone or email when I have had issues or questions with my hearing aids

The hearing consultant I saw was excellent, knowledgable and explained everything to me in a very clear and helpful way.
