Very good and profesional service, more than happy.

Excellent service. The audio technician Amreen is a credit to the company. She goes beyond the standard you would expect and cannot be more helpful if she tried. A true professional and lovely to deal with.

Easy to book. Amreena explained everything to me during the hearing test and arranged for me to go back and try some hearing aids. Great from start to finish

Everything I neede was assessed and a thirough examination was given , the lady was very efficient and handled all my questions

Very nice lady she was helpful and explained everything and made it sound easy

Appointment was to check the performance of hearing aids I had fitted a week ago. Have found in some conditions,ie noisy places and some tv programs not too clear. These have now been adjusted and so far am pleased with result.
The service is very good and thorough with no pressure to sell the product.

I arrived early for appointment. Advised Ben was at lunch. Ben noticed me in the waiting area and brought the meeting forward. The hearing aids were fitted and advise given. Thank you

Only interested in pushing for a sale and not interested in achieving good customer service. The hearing aids offered were a poor fit but my comments were simply pushed aside.

The audiologist was really friendly, she spoke so clearly which put me at ease immediately. I was very impressed with the products available, how they worked and how they could help me was explained so well. The hearing aids I tried I didn’t want to part with! The whole experience was really positive and I would certainly recommend Boots hearing services.
