I have a hearing aid which constantly whistles making it unusable. I have constantly tried to get it right but never succeeded

I have complained on trust pilot but then Boots stopped sending me appointments for testing

If you complain about poor product or service you will be punished

The person I saw was very kind and patient and took a lot of trouble to make sure I had the best experience.

Great attention to detail, but ultimately because of my ear canal structure, had to have new hearing aids made and fitted. So far - so good! Roslyn certainly tried hard for me.

All aspects of the service was excellent, staff were knowledgeable of all requested information. Ease of booking repeat visits.

Great service from both audiologists I have seen.
Thorough testing clear explanations of results and good overview of all products given.

Hearing Aid Audiologist Louise Bowery was very thorough and I think I was able to make a good choice of hearing aids which made a huge improvement in the amount of clarity to sounds around me. A boost for my self confidence. I look forward to my next appointment when I shall collect my hearing aids and have them adjusted for my needs. A very caring service, thank you.

The two audiologists were both very professional and helpful. Your telephone handling service is however not fit for purpose. Very slow to answer after many attempts and when you get to talk to someone they show no interest in being helpful.

Louise was clear in explaining my hearing loss and how various hearing aids would assist and in which situations.

Louise gave me the most thorough and best explained audiology assessment that I have ever had. She was also very kind and understanding and listened well. She explained the range of hearing aids clearly and with no pressure to buy a particular device.

Hearing test audiologist gave a clear and comprehensive explanation of the assessment to be carried out and the significance of the results. Went through the various hearing aid options, without feeling I was being put under any pressure to select any particular type or purchase immediately.

The audiologist Louise Bowdery was so professional I was dreading not understanding her but she explained everything so well and ask me if I had eny questions so happy I got her .

Where do I start went for my appointment with Louise Bowdery at the Portsmouth store.
She was so patient, kind and understood all the things I was going through after suddenly losing hearing she put me at ease done all the test.
She recommended the best hearing aids not just the dearest ones.
I have to say when I first put them in I could have cried as I hadn't realised all the things that I hadn't been able to hear. I can honestly say it has given me my life back.
I have had two check ups since to see if they need tweaking all the times fantastic service.
This lady is FANTASTIC the store is lucky to have her.

Louise was very calm and extremely helpful and put me at my ease straight away.

I was very pleased with my experience at the boots hearing centre, all of my questions were answered and further questions I didn't realise I had until the audiologist asked me further questions. Very thorough test, and the results explained clearly. Recommend.
