I have been using Boots Hearingcare for the past four years, I have always found that the service provided by Hazel to be excellent. Very professional and friendly, Hazel has always taken the time to explain how my hearing aids operate and what I need to do to care for them. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone thinking of purchasing hearing aids.

Having put off a hearing test for many months I am so pleased I plucked up the courage to book an appointment.
Why did I need courage, both Hazel and the lady who just works on Wednesday and Thursday (unfortunately I don’t know her name) we’re friendly, efficient and caring.
So pleased I can hear again!

The audiologist Hazel,was very good, she was very thorough & knowledgeable about the products available. She put my dad at ease & was happy for me & mum to stay while dad had his test. The hearing aids were ordered & Hazel gave my dad an appointment for 2 days later to have them fitted

Lady at Rayleigh, Essex knew what she was doing. Not yet had my hearing aids but looking forward to getting them next week - subject to postage

Full explanation of hearing issues, options available, trial test of suggested hearing aids, fitting and tuning of purchased aids.
No rushing, no pressure, just good old fashioned high level of customer service.

I was made to feel at ease and asked about my hearing capability and what issues were concerning me. The procedure was explained and I was told what to expect.After the procedure I was fully informed of the findings and told the areas where my hearing was deficent. the hearing aids were explained as to how they assist in helping my hearing and then I was fitted with a device and asked to go for a walk to demonstrate there capabilty in real life. On my return the operation of the device was fully explained
