I went for my annual hearing Review at Boots Redcar. My audiologist was Farisai Chikengezha. Farisai was super listening to my feedback making suggestions, all the time with a friendly smile and very warm manner. I left feeling really valued as a customer. Thank you Farisai

Kevin the audiologist was very friendly, precise and knowledgeable taking time to explain everything and answering all my questions. Set up the devices and went through the app showing me how to set it up and use it.

Audiologist was fantastic and spent time to listen to concerns with previous hearing aids. Did full check and adjustments to set of tester hearing aids to use for an hour which opened my world again. Top marks to Boots and recommendation to purchase a new set.

Really good audioometrist, very knowledgeble and easy to speak with.

The lay staff opened on time and were both helpful and courteous.
The audiologist was extremely knowledgeable and very informative in a way I understood. She explained everything that she was about to do and the reason for it. She then explained the findings and made suggestions about the best hearing aids and loss management for my particular problems. I was then invited to try the aids outside, which I did.
I am very much looking forward to collecting my aids next week.

The service from the young lady that served me was fantastic I couldn’t have asked for more .
