Very knowledgeable and understanding of my hearing problem and no hard sell which is so important

The audiologist who conducted my assessment was very kind, patient and considerate. She took time to explain the range of products available and helped me to make a decision based on my personal circumstances.
However, I have twice had appointments cancelled, which makes things difficult since I am reliant on others to drive me to the shop and take care of my dog.

Time keeping and information was excellent. Explanation of the right aids for your personal issues was also excellent

Bought my first pair of hearing aids; from my first hearing test, to a subsequent, more detailed hearing test and consultation I couldn't be more pleased. Professional and knowledgeable staff who I had the greatest confidence in. Great choice of hearing aids, although it seems to me that one type was particularly promoted. A 60 days returns policy means you have the assurance of making right choice.
