Excellent attention from Chris who was most professional as well as caring.
Appears to have met my needs but still early days.

Chris was professional and knowledgeable and able to answer my questions carefully and with consideration. Obviously an experienced audiologist.

So glad I decided to go to Boots Hearingcare in Salisbury. Chris the Audiologist there (boy does he know his subject!) has selected and programmed the Phonak hearing aids and the results are amazing. Maybe a little more expensive than some places but the quality and after sales care is second to none and so worth it.

Chris is very professional while also being friendly, patient and helpful.

The appointments were not rushed, and time was taken to explain the process and answer any of the questions I had at the time. Many thanks to Chris and the staff.

I have had my hearing aids for some months now and from day one been so grateful for the professional and patient service of my audiologist. I arranged for another appointment and today once again after my audiologist patiently showing me how to change the the filter on my aid and instructing me about the app which is on my phone I decided to once again would like to praise the excellent service I have received from bots hearing at salisbury and say thank you to Oliver and Chris

Everything explained clearly and good guidance on choice of hearing aid to suit my needs

My appointment began right on time. Chris gave me a very thorough series of hearing tests and asked a number of helpful questions about my hearing. He explained in simple language what was going on with my hearing and the kind of help different aids could provide. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and, when I accepted his recommendations, he set out th financial possibilities very clearly.

Prompt very helpful so far I am seeing Chris next week so will know more then . I am managing fairly well.

Chris, the audiologist was extremely thorough in testing my ears, explaining my type of hearing loss and why I required the specific aids that he subsequently prescribed. There was plenty of time to answer all my queries/concerns and he provided lots of reassuring advice/guidance on the practical use of the aids. Overall, I felt that I had been fully informed and well prepared before taking on my my new devices - for which I was hugely grateful.

A very professional service from Chris at Salisbury. As I was already a hearing aid user from another provider I was able to make comparisons on the methods of testing my hearing and the proposed solutions. More importantly the reasons behind the decisions and recommendations, together with the benefits, were fully explained.
I have been very impressed with the service provided and am now much happier with my new hearing aids from Boots Hearingcare.

Start to finish Chris went to great lengths to assess my hearing and then match me to relevant hearing aids. Having spent a great amount of time with me, I did not feel under any pressure to buy anything. The final consultation was excellent and covered all bases with regard to purchase and explanation of how to use my aids. Well done and thank you to Chris.
