Very helpful and tentative. There was no rush with the appointments and they made you feel relaxed.

Very informative, professional, friendly. Much better hearing test than provided Amplifon, ensuring that my Tinnitus was taken into account. Also, use of booth was an improvement as opposed to use of same room as audiologist. Gained better understanding of my hearing loss as well as the Tinnitus issue I was mainly seeking help with.

The staff are really polite & very helpfull and answer all the questions that I put to them .... just looking forward to getting my hearing aids & being able to hear lots that I've not been hearing for a long time .

Friendly and I believe honest explanation of the product and it is working as good as stated maybe even better

Friendly staff, explained things fully

My consultant was very thorough with the tests and very clear with his explanations of what was wrong with my hearing. Which sounds had been lost & at what level. He explained how best to manage this loss & which equipment was best suited to the task.
He also told me what I could expect to happen during the transition as I get used to my new aids & which services will be available to assist me.

He explained the hearing aid options to us and we appreciated that he was not pushy and understood the significance of the purchase. The young lady that tested my hearing and demonstrated the hearing aids was great, made it a fun experience.

Went to day to be fitted and she explained very clearly and easy to understand how to take care of the aids and again we had a giggle. Would highly recommend
