Saliha, the audiologist appointed to me, was at all times very professional. She explained carefully the state of my hearing loss and how any devices could help. She also explained what devices could not do.
She outlined the products on offer and, again, explained very clearly what each one offered. So far the aftercare service has been above reproach.

lack of confidence
I am still not confident that I definately require hearing aid but I could not find that my reasoning was understood. I thoght an audiologist whould have been more interested in listening to my wider concerns. Instead, it appeared more important to get me to spend circa £3,000 on a device I was uncertain about. I am giving the device a fair try but pretty sure I will be seeking a refund.
