Very good service provided by a listening helpful and kind person.

So far they've cancelled my hearing test twice and my wife's three times. I give up. Useless company.

I had excellent help from the audiologist, when I was able to see her. Since the beginning of this year, Boots have cancelled 3 hearing reviews. They excelled themselves today when I went for the fourth appointment (reminder sent the day before) and sat outside the room for 30 minutes before the pharmacist looked inside to ascertain there was no one there. When I got home, I found a cancellation sent at 11am for a 10.30 appointment. The first email complaining about cancelled appointments was ignored and the second at best partially answered. Staff health problems cannot be avoided but this sequence of cancellations suggest Boots shouldn't be pretending they can offer a service in Stroud and certainly shouldn't be advertising on Facebook, urging customers to get a hearing test there - unless, of course, there is an appointment if you intend to buy new hearing aids.

A very thorough and comprehensive series of hearing tests. Following this a clear explanation of what type of hearing loss I had and recommendation of suitable hearing aids. There was no pressure at all to buy straight away.

I was not sure what to expect when I arrived for my hearing test. But my audiologist was quick to put me at ease.
She was reassuring, helpful, informative, encouraging and pleasantly engaging.

I found the whole experience of hearing tests and choosing my hearing aids so easy. The young lady who did my tests explained everything about the process. I didn't have to wait to long for appointments. I would recommend 100 percent to anyone.

The lady was kind and sympathetic. The tests were carried out with careful explanations. The test of the aids was excellent and I ordered some!

The service and professional advice about the most appropriate type of hearing aid, was exemplary. I was able to clearly understand and see the decreased levels in my hearing, l cannot fault the service l received, on any level. Would recommend every time!
