It was my 2nd visit to boots Sunderland store on my first visit Joe the audiologist arranged for me to try moleded aids but did not work for me. Tried aids with other companies but was so impressed with Joe on 2nd visit went for small behind ear aids was impressed with 3 months trial hopefully they work for me.

very friendly and explained everything I needed to know. Describe how to use my new aids . I left with sure satisfaction.

I visited Sunderland store with my mum Sarah Crinson; she is 96 years lld. We were seen by Joe. Mam wears boots hearing aids and our appointment was for a review. Joe put mam completely at ease; took extra time to allow for her aged responses and engaged with her in a positive and meaningful manner. He was very professional but with a tiny amount of flattery made mams day! She returned home feeling on top of the world brought about by Joe’s marvellous manner. Huge thank you!

Cancelling was mainly after careful consideration, on when i would use them, and was the price justified.and for what i need them for, would a NHS pair be just as useful.

My husband has had Boots hearing aids, for many years now. He has recently had wax issues in one ear. We returned to the Sunderland store today, after several weeks of increased use of earol spray. We saw an audiologist, who we have not met until today. Joe. He was so kind and reassuring, and did an amazing job in totally removing all of the softened wax. Truly superb. Thank you Joe!

The appointment started on time. Everything was explained in detail. Although I’ve only had the hearing aids for one day, up to now they are great.

A very pleasant experience. Got excellent care and everything was fully explained.
I look forward to trying the new hearing aids, confident that I can have regular checks if there is anything I am unsure of.
