Pleased with the tests and the comments regarding my hearing and the options to improve my hearing

I had a great audiologist who walked me through each step of this somewhat scarey experience!! He explained everything and was kind throughout. THANK YOU!

The gentleman that helped me at my hearing test was so caring and with a lot of patience, explained everything he was doing all the way through the test and made sure I understood exactly what he was doing, before moving onto next part. He was very polite and easy to understand a credit to boots.

The first time they forgot to order my hearing aid. I got a call on the day that I supposed to get it fitted saying it hadn't been ordered. Then the second appointment to fit it they had ordered the wrong colour aid.

Still don't have the hearing aid and it's been 3 weeks.

Very helpful audiologist, Sachin, assisted me in having a conversation about my hearing loss. He then talked me through the options regarding hearing aids. I now have had the hearing aids fitted and am getting used to them. The whole experience was easy and painless (except for my bank balance). Many thanks to Sachin

Great service, expert advice

It was very relaxed was explained what was happening every stop of the way earing test was quick simple got my earring aids on the same day got another appointment in 2 weeks to check everything ok

Very happy with the ear bud style hearing aids I’ve purchased, tv has gone from volume 50 to volume 12 and I can hear all the things I’ve been missing. Thank you boots 😁

My experience was really pleasing for me because the gentleman we saw was not only friendly and welcoming he was very knowledgeable and helpful on what hearing aids were suitable for my type of hearing loss, he made me feel very comfortable that I was going to be very happy with my choice of hearing aid, to which I am looking forward to wearing. The gentleman was an outstanding colleague representing your company Boots Hearing care definitely an asset to Boots with outstanding customer service 😊

Very nice experience. The audiologist was exceptionally thorough and explained the process of having the tests and answered all my questions.
After first appointment finished, was given information pamphlets on a good range of hearing aids available with pricing and detailed information.
Second appointment was also pleasant and very impressed with the quality of sound, I could hear clearly!
At time of writing this review my personal hearing aids will be available in a couple of weeks, will update accordingly.
