Phonic i90 titanium, Tom has been great from day one very understanding of my needs and great advise on what i needed im really happy with my new hearing aids and how invisible they are ,i have not even had them a day and can notice a huge difference

The audiologist was very efficient and careful taking the impressions for my hearing aids. These will be the third pair I have purchased from Boots.

Nothing but praise for the staff, bethan in the swansea store was amazing and welcoming, the issue is with the company pricing structure, boots Charing £3700 for a pair of heading aids when specsavers charge £3000 for the exact same pair, make and model identical, how??

The Audiologist was very helpful & knowledgeable & explained everything clearly. I would recommend boots hearingcare to others.

Normally use the Boots Opticians on Carmarthen Road but due to flood damage had to visit the one in the Quadrant. Alia Hathaf was exceptionally good, both my husband and I have never had such a good test and will attend there from now on. Highly recommended.

Welcoming even though I was early for my appointment. Laura was professional in a approach, constantly checking that I no issues during the test. Took her time to explain the need for hearing aid. Listened to my enquiry. Did not force me to agree to buying a hearing aid, like the other company.

The young ladies who carried out my hearing test was very professional and did a first class job on both of my hearing tests. Which resulted in me purchasing my first set of hearing aids. I have only been wearing them for a few days so far they are working well.

2 brilliant audiologists. Very professional and made to feel at ease with no sales pressure. Minor hiccup with automated booking and not reminded to use Boots advantage card .However over all experience made me wonder why didn't we do this before?
