Easy to book on line and everything explained clearly at my appointment

Great service from start to finish. With every step of the process, and all options explained.

Good advice, good salesman, not got is a yet, so can't comment on how good they are. Expensive ,but if they do as they say, worth it.

On Tuesday this week my hearing aid and receiver wire parted company leaving me almost totally deaf in my left ear. Using just one aid felt really strange.

Quick phone call to Boots Hearing Care and spoke to a lovely lady named Claire, who assured me the situation could be quickly rectified. I was expecting a bit of a delay for an appointment, wrong!!!

Clare arranged an appointment for today (Thursday) 0915 at the Telford branch. Thank you Claire for being so efficient and reassuring that Boots Hearing Care would put it right.

Move on to Thursday, got to store at 0900 and Martin, Audiologist greeted me and quickly set to work. Both hearing aids fitted with new receiver wires and an upgrade to the wax filters, no more struggling with the little round black container!

All this done and out by 0917. Thank you Martin for your first class service, as usual.

From a crisis on Tuesday to a more than happy customer by first thing Thursday. Boots Hearing Care definitely understand and practice quality customer care.

The experience was ok. The guy was calming and explained what was going to happen. He allowed me to go around the shopping centre with the hearing aids which proved to me that having them would make my life easier and I would not feel so isolated when in a group situation.

After several adjustments to my IE hearing aids it was decided to change to OE. The team at Telford have been really supportive and ordered a new set. Within a week these were fitted and so far a totally different experience.

Knowledgeable and professional, much more than just a salesman. Prices are considerably more than other providers but I felt the expertise was worth it.

The audiologist that both my husband & I had was superb. He was thorough, explained everything to us & was very informative.
