I am highly impressed by the Dr who checked me , I did see her before and decided to have your product but this time I took my daughter to have the final decision. The dr tested my ear test again and then explained every product to me with lot of kindness, bless her . I got another appointment with her on 10th of January to try on , I hope everything goes well . Thank you

Naheed Kermali was superb throughout my hearing aid experience. She explained everything in great detail and asked if there was anything I didn't understand. The process was very enjoyable. I am loving having my Phonak aids (my wife is enjoying them too!). I have already recommended Boots.
