Poor service poor staff
What going on At boots slow service over 30 min wait for service so left store to collect a prescription staff not picking up phone or if picking up put straight back down.

Back ground noise in testing room from outside made it hard for me to hear my ear test set up prior to haveing my new hearing aids for the first time

I felt a lot more confident having my hearing test done in Boots rather than of the other high street competitors. I realized the benefit of taking someone with me who I talk and/or listen to all the time. The whole test was not as quick as it's competitor, but it was far more thorough.
