It’s not about the corporate image it’s about the people doing the doing. Grego your Audiologist was fabulous. For someone like me who has never worn an aid he made the process clear, interesting and supportive. 5 star in my book.

Very helpful audiologist (Gregor in Trowbridge) who explained everything very carefully with a friendly manner - he’s obviously very experienced.

Excellent test facility and hearing impairment diagram.
I was confident that the person testing was competent.
Not too happy at the fact that only the most expensive aids was offered for me to trial that day. I was not really thrilled with the results as it sounded tinny.

Very thorough hearing test and showed me the test charts and explained it all and where the problems are. Showed me the different types of “behind the ear “style which is what I wanted and there was no high pressure sales just left me to decide what price I wanted to pay
