So much care and time taken with me to explain and reassure me.

Everything was fully explained. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive product and I was presented with a range of suitable products.

Great care taken to explain clearly about my hearing and how the new aids would help.

My two visits to the audiologist were both carried out to my complete satisfaction. She explained everything very clearly and in a professional but friendly manner. She took time to make sure that I made the right choice of hearing aids and I can confidently recommend the Truro audiologist service.

My appointment took place at the scheduled time, so no waiting. Both technicians I saw were friendly, courteous and helpful. I had already decided to go with the best hearing aids I could afford, but I did not feel pressured into making a purchase. I am very happy with the advice given and the aftercare.

On attending Boots Hearing I was greeted by a friendly member of staff and taken to the waiting area.
The purpose of my visit was to seek advice on purchasing a new pair of hearing aids.
I was then seen by the audiologist who took time to explain the various types of aids.
I had a full hearing test, as I hadn't had one for a long time from the NHS.
I was impressed by the professionalism, expertise, and friendliness of the audiologist throughout the whole procedure. I eventually decided the type of aids that I wanted, which were ordered accordingly.

The audiologist was brilliant, full of information and understood the problems I was having. She had empathy and patience. I felt very safe in her hands. Wonderful service

I had my official hearing test about a year ago and was told I would benefit from a hearing aid. In the present times, I struggled to raise the amount of money needed. I had a gentle nudge from boots regarding my hearing and decided I would follow it up. I was greeted my a lovely gentleman who listened to my request. We started with what I could afford, then to a retest. I am know awaiting my new affordable hearing aids. I'm very happy. Boots you are amazing, patient and understanding. Thank you
