Friendly but very professional staff

Audiologist knew about my hearing problems and those of my Husband; we had a good discussion about how to deal with my hearing loss and maybe we will have improved it…we shall see . Surveys like this are really not very helpful-you have a great team in Boots Warminster who are welcoming and knowledgeable.

I had everything explained fully to me, from the tests I had and the outcomes. Then about the hearing aids on offer and suitability for my personal hearing loss.

Nitto is very obliging and patient and willing to help, highly recommended

Very efficient, professional and pleasant throughout. Appointments ran on time and the audiologist was very thorough. My new hearing aids seem to be superior to the NHS ones I had previously and I'll get regular follow up appointments to keep me "tuned up". Expensive yes, but what price being able to converse and interact with others ?

Paramount in a new experience must be that of familiarisation with process, surroundings and personnel. I found Nitto Thomas audiologist demonstrated a high level of care and was receptive to queries. Coupled with a very professional approach to my needs he demonstrated a usage of the hearing aids and was receptive to my needs as a customer. First class attention was given at a number of meetings from introduction to purchase and the promise of future consultation or problem. Solving the package reinforced the design of the process by boots hearing care. Thank you very much.

I thought the audiologist, Nitto Thomas, clearly knew his subject inside out and was keen to make me aware of exactly what I could expect from wearing a hearing aid. He left it entirely up to me which one I chose by simply stating the facts so a I could understand what I needed to know. I trusted him.

Nito Thomas is extremely dedicated to getting the best solution to my hearing problems.

Great, I could not have asked for a better Audiologist who was sympathetic, helpful and most importantly LISTENED, I am a happy bunny and will continue using Boots. The staff too were excellent
