I recently took my mum for a hearing check at Boots in Watford, and the experience was outstanding thanks to Hemali Patel. From the moment we arrived, Hemali was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional.

She took the time to ask my mum all the right questions, carried out a thorough examination of her ears, and conducted the hearing test with great care and attention. Hemali’s empathetic approach and clear expertise made us feel completely at ease - it was evident that my mum was in very good hands.

Thank you, Hemali, for the fantastic job you’re doing. Your kindness and professionalism really stood out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hemali to anyone looking for a hearing check.

Very good experience at Boots Hearingcare at Intu Watford. Hemali Patel was very professional and experienced whilst carrying out my hearing test and recommending the correct hearing aid.

Following my hearing test 10 days ago I collected my hearing aids today. Everything carefully explained and expectations set for the coming weeks of getting used to them by Hemali (audiologist) and plenty of practice putting the hearing aids on and off! Just one thing, it would be good if Boots could re-instate their insurance scheme.

My appointment was late but the actual app was good, ordered new hearing aids, first time at Boots and was given app for a week later On the morning of app I received call that they had not come in and the would let me know, it’s now 10 days since my original app and I have heard nothing

The Audiologist, Hemali, fitted my mum in at short notice and was very empathetic, patient and understanding of my 85 year old Mum’s challenges.
Hemali explained the tests, results and went through hearing aid options, with a demonstration and explanation of the time needed for the brain to adjust after so many years with hearing loss.
An excellent service that I would highly recommend.
