Understanding & friendly

The staff are friendly and very helpful, they made me comfortable and understand. I had backup appointments to see if my hearing aids needed adjusting and all was ok. I understand they are not the cheapest but could not fault the service provided.

I was seen by a very understanding audiologist for my hearing assessment this week. She explained everything about the hearing aids she recommended and I have a further appointment next week
