I booked a hearing appointment a month in advance, taking a day off work!
I turned up for my appointment to be told all appointments for that day had been contacted & cancelled.
I had not received any contact from them.
The lady checked they had my correct details which they did!
The attitude was we aren’t told nothing! And can’t help you.
All we can do is re book.
I declined.
Complete waste of time & money ( for parking )
Along with terrible customer service!

I was in boots today in the morning 10.15 AM just looking for my make up things I had bought LA ROCHE -POSAY , The Ordinary product, Body scrub nyx .
I decided to ask the ladies wear NO 7 brand T - Shirt long sleeves about my make up similar colour she were saying she is new here she don't know about product Can you pls find someone else then im go to another ladies she very nice try to help me out she was wear black long sleeves t-shirt !! The funny thing is she walk along with me and going back to the ladies which is said to me earlier don't know about similar product I were looking for !!! She seem know similar product but not colour prefer
She should not deny the customer at first !!im abit dissapodisappointment!!

Shalini was very polite, thorough and explained everything clearly in non technical language, through the whole process of hearing assessment and sale and fitting of hearing aids.

Caring, kind and thoughtful

Was so nervous about wearing hearing aids but Jay from Boots Audiology, Woking squashed most of that in my preliminary appointment. When I saw Shalini soon after she was patient, efficient and reassuring and I bought my hearing aids. We’re still in the process of preliminary tweaking to get the levels right for me but no more nervousness! Shalini gets it - fret not!

Just went to Woking boots and was trying to get some help about buying a electric toothbrush for my wife the member of staff called Sofia was absolutely amazing so helpful and understanding as my wife is severely sighted / Blind we purchased the item and my wife and myself was very impressed with the service many thanks Sofia

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the way the testing, fitting and use of my hearing aids was carried out by Shalini Kumar in a most professional way. The end result means that I can now listen to and join in with family and group conversations!

Great lady who gave me and my wife easy support throughout
Now using my hearing aids and copying very well. Look forward to meeting up again for further guidance

The service was good unfortunately the product did not live up to the service.

Battery life poor and feed back in both aids, promised replacement aids still waiting.

Would love my money back please

Very helpful and professional. I put off having hearing aids for nearly 20 years as I didn't think they would be any good due to meniere's disease and being almost completely deaf in one ear.
Very pleased with the aids I bought and wished I had done it years ago.
My wife is essentially pleased as she doesn't have to repeat everything she says to me anymore.

The hearing aid practitioner (Shahani-please forgive spelling) was absolutely great. She listened to what I wanted (no pun intended) and gave me lots of constructive advice. Examination was excellent and am looking forward to collecting my hearing aids soon.

Always a challenge to come to terms with the body starting to need help. So from a pride perspective not an easy one to admit that your hearing is going before 50. However, the right call to seek help.

I found the whole experience relaxing and professional. There is no set agenda, the advice was impartial and based on the level of hearing loss and lifestyle requirements. So my audiologist took all of this into consideration making the recommendation.

Highest level of customer care and professionalism shown throughout.

All requirements were catered for and even when I needed a replacement set, this was dealt with quickly and professionally.

The lady carrying out my tests at Woking, was very efficient, very kind and extremely helpful. Questions were answered with understandable answers. Very relaxed two appointments. No pressure was applied when choosing the hearing aids and each type of hearing aid was fully explained. My next appointment will be to collect the hearing aids. I would give this lady an overall 10 out of 10.a
