Superb customer service
Superb customer service. I am so pleased with my new hearing aids. The audiologist, Prubjeet was patient and thorough, right from my initial hearing test, explaining each type of aid for me to choose exactly what I wanted and needed. They were ready in a week, fitted and fine tuned carefully. I have now had 3 follow up appointments, making further adjustments and am really so pleased with them. Nothing has been too much trouble and Prubjeet takes a lot of time and care to make sure I'm comfortable with my aids. I'm told I can make further appointments if I need to, which is very reassuring. Cannot fault the service I've received.
Thorough appointment completed
The Audiologist discussed the common hearing issues and asked the relevant questions about the situations, I had difficulty in hearing.
Completed various tests to determine the level of hearing and then explained the results.
Discussed the range of hearing aids from their essentials range to platinum - ended up buying one from platinum range but not the additional gadget which could help in certain situations- can always buy later.
Also discussed the aftercare available with Boots hearing aids.

Was with boots for ten years
Was with boots for ten years. Brilliant when I first started then declined year on year.Now unable to get a phone call answered,then after days on the phone to get an appointment they always cancel it after a few days.Havnt got the decency to phone you back and explain.
Absolute shambles this business has become and would recommend prospective customers to go elsewhere.
Paid £1600 for first set of hearing aids and £2500 for the second pair , this includes a service plan which is absolutely diabolical.

Audiologist was very customer friendly and helpful. He made the transition to the use of hearing aids simple and easy to follow.
Phonak Audeo Lumity Life 90 Hearing aids
1. Boots Hearing Care did not have enough of the colour choices of Hearing aids, this meant I needed to make a further journey to the main Boots Hearing Care store.
2. The price of my Hearing aids (Phonak Audeo Lumity 90) even with the discount was far higher than rivals such as Specsavers and Scrivens. In fact had I bought the same Hearing aids online they would have been far more cheaper.
