Sorry ‘say that again’!!

I have had two appointments in the hearing department. Both people were polite, efficient and friendly
The second visit was with the audiologist who supported me through the in-depth tests and made ‘going deaf’ as easy as possible

Efficient & Helpful

My new hearing aids will take a lot of getting used to so I’m taking it slowly as recommended. There is a lot to take in and understand with regard to operation and features. The audiologist was patient, helpful and understanding. He answered all my questions and, when I see him again in a couple of weeks, I’ll have some more!
