All very organised and professional. Jess was so helpful and really understood my needs

I was made to feel very comfortable in making a choice of Hearing Aid that suited my needs and everything was explained to me clearly .

I went to Boots Wrexham as a second opinion as I wasn't completely happy with the test and advice I was given at another nation wide supplier.
A lady named Jessica saw me and she was excellent. I felt that the tests I underwent were far more compressive than my previous test. She questioned my wife and myself on any issues in order that she could advise on the appropriate hearing aid. Jessica never tried to push for a higher level of hearing aid than I needed.
Despite Boots being more expensive than the other provider I decided to purchase from them because of Jessica’s knowledge and advice, which she gave in a very clear and understandable way.
In addition the interest free credit and the 90 day return option was useful.

Atrocious customer care. I cannot hear on the phone but get emails saying contact us by phone. Or - I get left voicemail messages which I cannot hear. I am told my file says I can't hear on the phone. Appointments getting changed at short notice and no means of agreeing a suitable alternative 'phone us'!!!!!!! Please note many attempts in June/July - not just the date given below.

Excellent information sharing and reassurance throught my three visits . The hearing test was made stress free by the excellent audiologist.

Kind and helpful

Jessica, the Hearing Advisor was so helpful and empathetic. It is quite stressful having your hearing health checked but she is so calm and knowledgeable and makes it a calming experience. I am so glad I got checked out. If you're hesitating, go for it, you'll be so glad that you did.
