Happy with the Samsung phone but .....

Happy with the Samsung phone and time to delivery but was disappointed the advert did not say it was a European import that had been opened and the plug changed before onward transportation. Otherwise very happy.

Hello David, some of our Dual SIM models are sourced from the EU as Dual SIM is generally not made in UK models - our supplier is authorised by Samsung to add the UK charger to the box -a sticker is applied on the box when this is done. On Samsung UK website they reference our supplier and have authorised this plug swap. All our phones are 100% brand new with Samsung UK 2 Year Warranty - saying that, we will always offer refund if you are not happy. Please accept our apologies for this.

5 Star plus

Phone arrived very quickly; all good.
So far it is a delight to use, it is brilliant.
My last phone was good but the charge 'socket' point failed.
If this lasts as well it will be great; but so far it is far better than expected.

Certainly the sale and delivery were spot on.

Missing item

Phoned Boxtech Re.. missing item. They promised to look into the matter and contact me right away, have heard nothing since. I have now gone elsewhere and bought a leather case for the phone.
Extremely disappointed.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Quickly answered a couple questions I raised before the purchase and also responded quickly to a query after I received the phone. After placing the order, delivery was very quick. I was impressed with this company.

I received my Samsung A90 phone the day


I received my Samsung A90 phone the day they said within 48 hours of ordering. It came with everything in the right box, all supporting documents (warranty) and parts etc. Working great! i did get a weird prerecorded call we all get from time to time but was in Chinese! first times that's ever happened to me and could just be a coincidence! Other than that great phone and great service.
