Would use again

Bought some Gucci earrings for my girlfriend for our anniversary. Quick and easy to deal with, parcel turned up professionally wrapped and with plenty of time to spare! Would definitely use again and have recommended to a few mates

Website shows items in stock

Website shows items in stock. You pay for said item and then hours later receive email telling you stock has sold in store and they cannot fulfil your order.
Will now no doubt have to wait days for a refund. Fraudsters. Avoid at all costs.

Purchased a gift then saw advertised…

Purchased a gift then saw advertised £30 cheaper direct. Order department promise to check and contact me. After numerous emails I received a reply thanking me for my patience. After speaking directly to sales, still waiting for a confirmation three weeks later. Very poor customer service

Wow this company an website was amazing…

Wow this company an website was amazing and efficient. My son's 21st Birthday gift came beautifully wrapped. I will be definitely visiting the site again. I already have seen 16 other watches that are now in my basket ready to purchase. Very happy customer thank you 😊
