Received my beautiful earrings, in a matter of days excellent

Ordered a Michael Kors Watch online on the Sunday afternoon, heard nothing about the dispatch off the item by Tuesday so rang them direct. Only to be told by the Harrogate Store that the watch was sold out and customer should have let me knew. Called Scarborough Customer Services only to be told they were expecting Harrogate Store to be send the watch and they only emailed them and let them knew after I called them, 2 days later. Got told my £140.00 refund off my card needed to be authorised by there accounts dept could take upto 10 days to go back on it. Not impressed should not have to be chasing them 2 days later after the money had be taken from my card and no watch anyway. Would of given them 5 stars as good chain of jewellers. Use to work in this industry for a Fashion Watch Brand as an Account Manager hence really disappointed with the service, it’s a shame as was really looking to the new watch I ordered at such a good price. Service extremely poor & lack of communication in my opinion and for such a good independent chain of jewellers I was rather dissapointed.

Fantastic quick and easy online service, beautifully packaged goods and speedy delivery.

I have shopped on line twice now with these guys.
Sfurr calling up to see if other items can be sourced prior to making the online order.
Both times they have done exeptional and sourced me my item.
Such a friendly team of people who go aabove beyond to make customers happy. Definitely recommend.

Normally I take the bad reviews and weigh them against the good one, but in this case I should have listened to the not so good reviews which were spot on

After ordering a watch and the cash taken I heard nothing. Approx 10 days later I email for a status update only to be told the no longer have stock, the same as many others on this site have been told.

Then to make matters worse I can of course have a refund but this will take 10 days to process. Not sure what scam they are pulling but they had my cash for nearly a month all in all

So can honestly say that you take your chances ordering things which say are in stock and they only tell you once you call up about your order not turning up

Normal can’t be bothered to leave a review but in between me ordering and cancelling they did send me a link every day to review my service, so would be rude not too !!!!
