Extremely kind staff. They worked to help us find the perfect ring and even did a custom engraving in our own handwriting which was really cool. Honestly if you’re looking for an engagement ring, you’ve found the best place.

I wanted a particular wallet/card holder for my Son’s birthday. I had to order online and the staff were all amazing. I have rarely encountered such great customer service. When the wallet I wanted was out of stock, they ordered me a similar, more expensive one, at no extra cost. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to everyone out have who wants good, old-fashioned customer service and a prompt delivery, too!

I ordered a watch which the said was out of stock and after two weeks I’m still waiting for a refund.
Avoid don’t use them!

Had a slight problem with an online order however once i notified them they got back to me straight away explaining the situation & were very apologetic. They then arranged for my order to be sent out & it arrived within 2 days. Very happy with the service i received.

I encourage you to take 2 minutes to read my review before considering buying a used watch from Bradleys The Jewellers.
I purchased a used, but 'as new' high-end watch in January 2019 for £2600.
By Springtime it was becoming increasingly innacurate, so was returned to them under guarantee for repair. I received it back several weeks later 'repaired'. However, by May it was inaccuarte by 7 minutes a day, every day! So it was returned for a 2nd time and absent for 6 weeks.
It then remained reasonably accuarte, but by December it was again proving to be increasingly inaccurate and was returned for a 3rd time in December! 3 weeks later it was received back - but you've guessed it - returned late December for a 4th time as it was inaccurate by 1 minute per day!
In returning the watch yet again, I put in writing my concerns and asked for a price for Bradleys to purchase the watch outright.(Whilst I knew I would take a hit on my original purchase price, enough was enough!)
I received a call from one of Bradleys owners stating that there were no faults with the watch, and that he was not interested in buying it!! His attitude throughout the conversation was arrogant, rude and obnoxious.
Bradleys have since returned the watch to me and also made it clear that they wouldn't even take the watch in as a part exchange!
Their accompanying letter states that 'although the watch is gaining fractionally, it is within the acceptable tollerance'. It is currently gaining 1 minute per day!

So to conclude!
4 failed repairs taking a total of 14 weeks in 1 year, plus it continues to be faulty now!
What now? I will unfortunately have to take on costly Legal action.

Please never, ever buy a watch from Bradleys.

I had a little problem with a charm that I purchased from Bradleys. I contacted them through email and had a quick and friendly response and within a week the problem had been resolved. I will definitely shop at Bradleys in the future. Thank you.

Very, very poor indeed. Poor website. Appalling communication. Wanted to order a Montblanc Notepad. Page said item in stock AND also said delivery by a date a month ahead. How does that work exactly? No response on the web chat, no-one answered the phone. No-one answered emails. Lots of reviews here say similar things, so it's not just me.

Tamzin was extremely helpful and went to extraordinary lengths to help me select a Montblanc fountain pen that matched my existing Montblanc pen.
Prior to dispatch I received a courtesy call from Tamzin to inform me of delivery arrangements. Pen was delivered with a complementary bottle of ink and a personal note.
That was extremely thoughtful gesture from a lady who knows how to look after her customers.

I have had the worst experience with Bradleys The Jewellers. I waited for black friday deals and ordered my husband a Radley Weil watch for christmas. The watch cost me £1680, it was a big investment for me but it was our first christmas together after marriage. Recieved the watch with scratches and no protective film to protect the watch. I rang them up and they told me it was an ex display watch and was told to send the watch back and they will send a new one from their stores if not they will order it directly from Radley Weil. I posted the watch which cost me additional £12.80, and now had a call from a rude lady and said I should just take the watch back as I had a cracking deal. I know i had a good deal that's why I bought the watch but did not sign up for a ex-display watch with scratches. She hung the phone on me and sent me an email saying she is processing my refund. But i don't want a refund i want the watch also it is so close to christmas I do not think i will get the refund back on time to get a new watch. THEY HAVE RUINED MY CHRISTMAS....also their customer care is so poor it will take a few days for them to actually pick up the phone. Please, please just avoid buying from them to avoid any disappointments!

Shocking experience.

Ordered an ‘in stock Watch’ with a 3 to 4 day delivery timescale. A week later not even dispatched, they promised a call back which never happened.

I then emailed 5 times without response at all and called but had issues getting through.

Finally got to speak to someone and I can only hope they will process the refund as promised....time will tell.

I have lost all confidence in this store.

My advise, be careful if buying from Bradley’s. I’m not the only one who has experienced appalling service!

Placed an order online. The website claimed the watch I was purchasing was in stock and payment was taken immediately. After several days with no notifications or updates, I called the store only to be told that the watch was out of stock and now unavailable. Incredibly disappointing levels of service and poor communication. I now have the pleasure of waiting up to a further 5 days for my £980 refund.

Extremely poor communication - they ignore calls and emails. Have a read back through other reviews and a lot say the same.

Had a great experience from phone call to ease of order. Personalized service from both Charlie and Sue. Lovely family company! Recommended highly and look forward to using the pen!

Very please with my purchase it arrived quickly was beautifully wrapped and an excellent price - beat all other site price wise.

1st class service from Tamzin in the Huntriss Row branch when ordering a Montblanc pen for our son. Went above and beyond to ensure the pen supplied came with the fine nib we wanted and even gift wrapped so we can present to our son as a reward for his exam results.

My son loved the Montblanc wrapping paper and ribbon. Thank you Tamzin, you are a credit to Bradley's.
