Ordered a bracelet

Ordered a bracelet, it arrived in wrong box and appeared to be an ex-display model. Returned at a cost to myself of £7.85 (this was not refunded) and asked for a replacement, was told there were no more in stock. Needed this for a wedding on Saturday so I’m fairly put out and annoyed I won’t have a bracelet (not the end of the world I know). Communication was good, refund was quick.

Fabulous service

Fabulous service. Watch was altered and arrived fitting perfectly. Absolutely delighted. Thank you. Highly recommend Bradleys. Great and very speedy service. So helpful on phone too.

I am very disappointed I did a live…

I am very disappointed I did a live chat to make sure this ring was available & they said it is I ordered it & paid £128.24 they take my payment on wed I receive a email the following day saying they don’t have my ring I wanted but I have not had my refund yet which is bad because I should with it not available & shouldn’t have to wait because I need to order one from somewhere else
