personnellement, je suis hyper satisfaite de ma commande brandy, honnêtement sans aucune méchanceté je pense que les vêtements vont + aux personnes de fines tailles, donc pour ma part les vêtements me vont parfaitement :)

my y 5' 9", 8 stone 16 year old daughter loves this awful place. i was only there to pay. and honestly, she only loves it because of peer pressure. the staff were barely animated cut-outs. no eye contact but a lot of sniffs - fromchildren! whose salary i was essentially paying! the clothes look cheap. However - the jeans fit my daughter!!!! which basically means they fit virtually no one but her, cos normally we cant find jeans for her anywhere. i mean, the waist was round her hips but hey, thats better than them ending mid calf as per usual. so good on them for making jeans for taller girls.

absolutely terrible service all together, i’ve bought things from brandy before in store and never had issues and the one time i buy online from them it’s the absolute more horrid experience ever. spent over 100 dollars on the site, my order was cancelled the same minute it was placed im assuming because of low stock ( which was okay ) so i just waited for a refund even though they shouldn’t have even taken my money in the first place since they couldn’t fulfill my order at all. got my refund finally and i even went out and SPENT the money i had gotten back, a few days later my bank account has gone negative 100 dollars even though they already issued an refund to me. they canceled my order than charged me twice. and not to mention absolutely nobody will ever do anything helpful , i’ve called and emails brandy multiple times just to receive nothing back.

Bought an awful handbag, sent it back and they refused to give a refund and sent it back to me.

I should've checked the reviews beforehand and seen the redflags on their terrible return policy. Worst experience of an online retailer I have ever had

Daughter loves the clothes but the customer service in the shop is revolting

I purchased an item in Barcelona and tried to contact EU customer services to get a refund as the product became faulty after 3 wears, they said they can't send me an item to the UK which is understandable. However, they then gave me the UK customer service email address to which I got a reply saying they could not solve a EU faulty good. No solutions provided and it seems as though they are deliberately trying to make it awkward to solve the problem so you give up on your query. Not to mention the emails themselves are not very professional and short mannered, not helping to solve my issue. Sounds like I am emailing young staff who do not want to help to resolve a customers issue. Unless you have a store near you that if something happens you can go in and verbally speak to someone I would avoid purchasing online or in a different country as you will get nowhere.

BrandyMelville has requested my mom to swipe her card twice and taken her money. When customer was asked to provide proofs, proofs were provided, and they said a refund was issued but was also declined, but I have no idea why because things like this has not happened before. I wondered whether or not they actually issued the refund, even contacted my bank. It can be because my bank is international, yet I then asked for further methods of refunding including cash or even store credits and sent an email warning, yet they constantly ignored the three following and repeating emails I have sent to further disrespect my family's money and effort. This is criminal to cheat. Your business is unethical and should not be in practices.

Wil graag een t-shirt kopen voor mijn dochter. 7 euro verzendkosten, dan haal ik het graag op. Blijkbaar niet mogelijk :-((

the workers were all teens and they were all very judgmental and rude. i’m a teen aswell and tried being nice but the kindness was not reciprocated. overall it was a 0/10 for customer service because the energy in that place was rubbish. (also needs some diversity with the workers)

i ordered a hoodie for my quite slim 14 year old daughter this arrived a little late but before Christmas so no issue, however when tried on it was massive (even too big for adults) i returned this registered post 29/12/21 received a reply 5/1/22 once received (they had already received the item) we will refund. since then no communication or refund, so 10 days later i have sent a stern non offensive email, stating their shocking customer service, this is really poor on an international company-are we mugs buying from a company that is so poor --leave you to decide on that but i know where i stand- heed my warning wished i had read the reviews on Trustpilot before ordering

Ordered a necklace for my teenage daughter for Xmas but was sent the equivalent bracelet. Unable to leave a message as box was full. No email proof of purchase so nowhere to go. Without an order no they can't help! I think I will just have to reorder and cut my losses. Not very helpful customer service

Dank Paypal Käuferschutz Geld sofort zurück erstattet bekommen.

Ich hatte bei Brandy Melville das erste mal Anfang Dezember bestellt und war zuerst skeptisch, da ich erst nach meiner Bestellung die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen sah, bei mir lief aber alles gut. Meine Bestellung kam sehr schnell bei mir an und das Retourenlabel, welches ich per Mail angefragt hatte, bekam ich ebenfalls schnell und problemlos zugeschickt. Nachdem ich die Retoure bei UPS abgegeben hatte bekam ich zwar erst zwei Wochen später die Mail, dass sie es erhalten haben, aber ich bekam gleich am nächsten Tag mein Geld wieder zurück.

I ordered from Brandy Melville 4 times and everytime it’s been a fast delivery and the clothes are just the right size ! It’s now definitely my go to shop if I need new clothes.

I visited the Covent Garden store on the 6th December 2021! My mother and myself were horrified with the customer service. We wanted to try some clothes on in the fitting rooms and were not greeted politely, we were made to feel as if we had interrupted a conversation between the two girls manning the fitting rooms. They were very blunt and continued talking to one another like it was the most pressing matter in the world. The same happened on the way out of the changing rooms. After that, i went downstairs to purchase a top i had tried on and was not greeted politely or acknowledged until it was convenient for the girls at the tills to stop their conversation. If i hadn’t of liked the top so much i would never had purchased from this shop. Considering i work in a globally well known and thriving retail company myself, i was shocked at the blatant disregard for customers and the rudeness. Awful experience!

Ich musste einen Pullover, der leider viel zu groß war zurückschicken. Da kein Rücksendeetikett dabei war, habe ich das Paket ordnungsgemäß händisch beschriftet. Die Rücksendung von Ö nach SLO kostete bereits 15 €. Nach ca. 3 Wochen wurde das Paket wieder an mich retourniert und ich musste 20 € bezahlen. Anscheinend konnte das Paket nicht zugestellt werden, obwohl ich die Adresse dem Rücksendeschein entnommen habe. Mein Rücksendeetikett fehlte komischerweise, obwohl ich es gut befestigt habe! "Gesamtschaden" 75 €.
Ich werde dort nichts mehr bestellen und würde anderen dringend auch davon abraten!

Un peu septique par rapport aux avis donné par rapport à ce site, j'ai décidé d'essayer moi-même de commander sur Brandy. J'étais agréablement surprise par la rapidité de l'envoi et la qualité des habits ( en espérant que ça dure). En plus de tout cela, des petits stickers, un porte-clé et des images décoratif ont été ajoutés à mon colis J'achèterais à nouveau sur site sans hésitation. :))

wanted to cancel my order due to buying the wrong items, and none of my emails have been replied to, and i have called multiple times and no answer! don’t think my pants will be coming nevermind a refund!
