Visited the Edinburgh branch again for new bras. As always was greeted by a warm friendly member of staff. Had a fitting with Yasmin who was delightful. Very professional and helpful. Came out with 3 new bras and a swimsuit all with her help and guidance. Cannot recommend this shop enough for their lovely approach to good service. Did not feel rushed at all. Very pleasurable experience.

Not my personal experience but more from my wife. Visited the Solihull branch a few weeks back and was served by a lovely young lady called Steph. She was so kind, thoughtful and considerate, my wife left with such a huge smile on her face, which meant I got a cracking meal cooked for me later on. Whatever you did Steph, please repeat I've not seen my wife that happy from a shopping experience in ages. I would highly recommend anyone visiting to seek out Steph, you won't be disappointed by her service.

Laura really helpful and friendly. Brilliant advice and fitting. Lauren on the desk absolutely lovely too and ordered items that they didn't have in shop to be delivered free of charge to.our home. Arrived 2 days later. Great service. Highly recommend

I have been shopping, mail order, with Bravissimo since their very first brochure! They have come a long way since then.
There are so many pretty bras in my size that I am spoilt for choice. Most of the various styles fit and suit me and I am rarely disappointed.
The customer service is excellent. Always polite and friendly.
It has been a pleasure to shop with Bravissimo through the years and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a fuller bust.

Outstanding professional service. I attended the Bath Branch and they managed to get me an appointment almost immediately. Katherine was amazing and very knowledgeable regarding measuring and styles. The other members of staff was very polite and welcoming. Thank you all for a wonderful experience, as this is something I was anxious about attending.

Have been buying my bras from Bravissimo for a number of years at the Norwich branch. This appointment was 1pm Oct 17th and as always I had excellent service,this visit I was attended to by Toni who was great. An asset to the company along with the receptionist who's name unfortunately I can't remember both warm, friendly,knowledgeable, professional yet fun staff members..

I have been a customer of Bravissimo for YEARS and truly would never buy my bras from anywhere else. I always love the products but had a lovely experience with their customer service today and I felt the need to share. I placed an order 6 days ago and it was still showing up as not even dispatched and I hadn’t received a confirmation email (which I have never had issues with before). I called customer service to say that I desperately needed the product for the following day (tomorrow) and was concerned that it would not be there in time now. The lady who I spoke to informed me that my chosen style was currently out of stock and that my confirmation email should have mentioned this. When I said that I had not received a confirmation email she could not have been more apologetic and bent over backwards to sort my issue. She changed my order over to a different limited edition version of my bra to ensure that it made it over in time. This doesn’t sound like much but simply being treated like not just a human being but a truly valued customer goes a long way and can be a bit hit or miss. What a lovely person and one of the reasons that I will continue to use this company.

Superb service, cannot fault it in anyway.
I visited the Chester store on 2nd October and was helped my Alison. As soon as I entered the shop I was treated with a friendly courteous manner. I am a middle aged rather large woman at that time of life who was in need of some good bras and underwear - didn't even know my own size. I wasn't exactly dressed for clothes shopping and I wasn't treated like something someone had trod in, unlike some stores. Alison and the other ladies were absolutely brilliant. I was in there about half an hour or so and Alison could not have been of more help.
Absolutely superb and I cannot thank them enough. The difference between the bras sold here and those in the supermarkets is that they are made to be comfortable - they don't scratch you backs with annoying labels and bits sticking out. Huge thanks. :-)

Thank you to Erin in the Leeds store for a successful fitting (I was wearing completely the wrong size) and for great advice about the fit and shape of the different brands in store. I left happy with 2 very comfortable bras.

The quality of this brand has dropped immensely over the last few years. In-store options are really hit-and-miss, so not worth travelling to if you don't live close by.
I ordered the Clara bra in early summer but it arrived damaged. I sent pictures to Customer Service and did receive very helpful assistance and a replacement, but on sending the original bra back I got a very condescending email implying I'd caused the damage due to improper care, although I had not been able to wear it even once.
Another bra (Bravissimo's Aluna) I got on this order lasted two months before the wire channelling came unstitched and the wire poked through, I didn't even bother contacting Bravissimo after the last email I got. I'm limited to where I can buy bras due to my size, and the prices I pay mean I know how to take care of them, but two £40+ bras breaking before I've even completed the Klarna payments mean I'm not shopping here any more. Emails to customer services can take up to a week to get a response and the website chat rarely gets an answer. As other people have pointed out, a bra order can go into the hundreds of pounds online and there is no customer service in terms of shipping discounts etc like other online stores will offer.

I visited the shop yesterday given that they sell royce bras which are suitable in most cases for ladies that wear a breast form following mastectomy surgery. I was informed that they don't keep any on the shelf. The assistant went out the back but returned very quickly and said they didn't have any and when I enquired about mastectomy bras I got a very disappointing reply by saying that bravissimo didn't sell them. Never felt so bad 👎

I haven't bought any new bras since before Covid-19 and suspected after some weight loss that I needed a fitting. Molly, the young lady who attended to me at the branch in Bath, was terrific. Highly professional, immediately recognising the size and shape I would need to tick my boxes of comfort, colours and practicality. The added bonus was the range of styles and prettiness I was able to purchase from Bravissimo. All in all a good experience.

Let me start by saying I hate buying bras. I visited the Guildford store to buy a strapless bra. The staff were amazing, they offered great advice choosing the correct bra and ensured it fitted. The bra itself (Freya) is a perfect fit under my new dress.

I have been buying bras from bravissimo for a while. The designs are varied and pretty which is a plus point when it to comes larger busts. However the quality is poor considering I’m paying at least £40 per bra. I kept going back to the store as where else can larger busted women buy bras on the high street (I’m a K cup) ? When I go for a fitting I can’t fault the staff. They are knowledgeable and supportive ( no pun intended). I have come to write this review as I have had 2 bras where the wires have poked through within the space of 3 months. The first time it happened I exchanged for another bra without issue. The second bra developed a problem within a month of purchase. Contacted customer service said I should take in for an exchange which I did. The staff member was apologetic then proceeded to show me bras and helped with the fitting. Nothing was said about payment. I had chosen the bra then the staff member proceeded tell me how much and will ring it through once i’m ready. Reminded her how long I have had this bra. She told me an exchange is at manager’s discretion and the fault was due to wear and tear. I had worn the bra on three occasions within month! Then she told me that she has the same problems with the bravissimo bras to the point she’s buying bras every 3 months. I asked for the number to complain. When I contacted them , again apologised but on looking up my account they noted I had returned a bra previously therefore wanted me to return the bra to inspect. When asked what difference it makes I returned a bra their answer was flannel. I didn’t want to argue just wanted a new bra. I was sent I returns label I had to print. I packed bra and decided to take this loss as I had no confidence that they would give an honest appraisal. If you’re a larger busted woman I know the struggle to find nice bras that last. Sadly bravissimo does not meet this standard.

I went into Bravissimo Chester today as I am pregnant and struggling with my current bras as they no longer fit.
Pip served me and was so lovely and kind. She really helped me find some lovely comfy bras and was so patient trying to find me things that fit.
She explained how everything fitted correctly and I am so grateful for her help.
The bras themselves are pretty and very comfortable and Pip wrote all the size information down for me for the next time I visit.
