I've no idea why I've never been to your Manchester store because my stepdaughter Claire and I had a wonderful time there last week. We both needed new good-fitting swimsuits and I wanted to get fitted for a new bra. We were lucky enough to have Clodagh as our fitter and assistant and she was brilliant! The fitting was both painless and accurate (no nasty measuring or pulling and pushing), Clodagh informed me I wasn't a 36DD as I'd thought but a 34F and she was absolutely right. She brought me out a selection of lovely bras and swimsuits. Claire in the next door cubicle was having a similar experience and we were able to compare potential buys. The result was a great bikini for Claire which made her look like a Bond girl and I got two fantastic bras (I refused to take one off!) and details to order the swimsuit of my choice - as they didn't have it in stock - which I did easily online the next day. Clodagh really couldn't have been nice or more helpful but we found this echoed at the desk when we made our payments with two other great staff members. Really, you have a complete retail gem there! Bravo Bravissimo!

I visited the store in Bath and was hoping to try on some different styles in my size.
I took them to the desk to ask for my size. The adviser wrote each bra code, name, size and colour on a slip of paper (this was a long and painful process). In spite of the size I wished being written on this paper, she kept forgetting and asking me the same questions over and over.
I was then sent downstairs to wait on a sofa, until my choices had been brought out the stock room. Needless to say, I left the shop empty handed, as my time to try them on never came. I had âpopped inâ to buy myself some new bras without hassle. Instead, after 30 mins, I left.
They have tried to make a simple process, very very long and complex. Why on earth do you need my postcode to try on a bra?! I shall go back to M&S and pick a bra off the shelf and take it to the checkout!

I ordered something to the shop, a brand I had not tried so was allowed to try it there. I was told someone would check the fit but was left hanging waiting for a while (honestly it doesnât take 5 minutes to put on a bra). Whilst it clearly didnât look right, the shop assistant said it was the most perfect size for me in that range. I wanted to try on some others, the brand I usually wear but she simply disappeared to serve other customers and told me so when I asked her where the bras were that she was going to get for me. I left the shop after about 25 minutes empty-handed and hugely frustrated.

I visited your Norwich store today, it was quite late in the afternoon, nearly closing time and I entered the store to ask if I could be fitted for a bra. The lady on the counter was lovely, it was no problem at all,she arranged the fitting and I was then served by Emma.
Emma was so lovely, very helpful and knew which style to look for. I am a difficult customer but Emma showed great patience and remained professional the whole time. I left the store with 2 products, very happy and will definitely return. Those women are a credit to your company.

A couple of weeks ago, I was in the Newcastle branch (to take back a bra bought online). The assistant asked if I would like a fitting. As I had the time, I said yes. The lovely assistant in the changing rooms was excellent. She was looking after three of us at the time, and she was amazing - extremely knowledgeable, made lots of suggestions, happy to bring out more items to check sizes or styles. I bought two items which I am so happy with.
All the assistants in the shop are always helpful and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Absolutely great company; they provide a wonderful selection of bras for busty girls. Bravissimo has excellent high-quality brands. Their Bond Street store is a lovely place to visit ᅩIt is easy to use their website, they have a lot of helpful information. Their customer service is very good. You can even get advice via email. Their deliveries are quick and discrete. I absolutely recommend them. ᅩ

I went to the Norwich branch which is my nearest and a 45 minute drive. We got to the shop around 10.30am and asked for a bra fitting the lady at the counter went on a radio and then said to me the next appointment wasnât until 1pm even though the shop was empty, which wasnât convenient for me. I wasnât aware it was an appointment system. It does say in the shop to get a fitting whilst in the shop and Iâve just searched their website and doesnât say there you have to book. I will try again but living rural sadly I donât know when that will be.

I just wanted to say that I have just experienced a very high standard of customer service in the Brighton store today where I felt I was listened to. I had to return a bra today (the first Iâve ever needed to ever). I am very happy with all aspects of the business from the product to customer service and will continue to use the company for many years to come. My only wish is that you would stock clothing again as they were also very good.

Visited Leamington Spa store with my teenage daughter ( this is Mum) who had always been too anxious about a personal bra fitting service. I talked her round to make an appointment with Hayley, I have been a customer for years.
The whole experience was fantastic, as usual Hayley was professional but above all her personality and zest for her job shone as always.
I did catch the tail end of her previous customer experience in the waiting area and Hayleyâs manner was warm and caring expressing for the customer to come back to her at anytime and not to be embarrassed. I thought that was an amazing thing to say.
By the end of our fitting session, my daughter was wipping bras on and off without a care and found some gems!

I have been a customer for many years. I had an issue with a bra. It's a style I have bought several times and enjoyed wearing in the past. The person on live chat was not helpful. She told me the issue was 'luck of the draw' and then ended the chat without so much as a 'can I help with anything else?' or even a goodbye. It may seem small to some but, Bravissimo have always had really excellent customer service and very friendly shop staff. If an issue arose you felt you could talk to them, be listened to. A safe space. Not so today.

I had an upsetting experience where the contents which I had ordered online, were stolen from my parcel. I contacted Bravissimoâs customer service online and spoke with Victoria. DO NOT ORDER!
The worst experience, zero communication and no response from customer service. I have been waiting almost a month for my order ( I live in Ireland). I had to pay 15⬠customs charge on top of my order and was not advised of this at checkout I got an email after to tell me. I still do not have my order itâs been almost two weeks since I paid the customs charge. Still trying to get in contact with the delivery service to get my order but they are refusing to deliver it since they attempted it once and no delivery note was left to let me know so they will send the parcel back in a few days if I do not collect it. Not worth the hassle at all. I will never order from here again.

I popped into the Cheltenham branch hoping to find a new skin tone bra. Two of the assistants were busy with other ladies, doing fittings etc. But they kindly accommodated me. It was a good job I decided to try the 2 bras, as the fit wasnât great. So a smaller cup size was suggested, & that fitted perfectly, & looked very nice.
Such a helpful attentive young lady, I apologise for not recalling her name.
When I went to pay for my bra, I also received excellent service, & some additional help buying pants.
Itâs always a nice experience going to Bravissimo in Cheltenham. And Iâm always happy with my purchase.

I visited the Solihull store today and was greeted by Hannah who was very pleasant and helpful, she pointed me in the direction of jasmine for a fitting I didn't even have to wait.
Jasmine was amazing she knew her stuff and fitted me very quickly, it was lovely to hear her singing when she was walking back to the fitting room, obviously enjoys her job.
Thank you to all the staff at Solihull the lady at the checkout was lovely too but I didn't get her name sorry.

Visited bravissimo brighton store for new work bra. Fantastic, professional & friendly service from Emma who looked up my size records on their system (been here before) & gave me an assortment of bra"s to try offering help at any time i needed it.
Highly recommend this store. Always have a ray of choices/store is always clean & inviting & changing rooms spotless.
Would not go anywhere else for my lingerie.
