The lady on reception was courteous and helpful.
She asked if it was ok to wash the car, I replied yes fine.
I had to call at 4.15 as I had heard nothing from you. I was told about 20-30 minutes
As I had a lift organised I came up and waited until the car was ready. After going through was what done etc and I paid, she went and found my car and parked it nearer to reception which I really appreciated.
However it was very clear that my car had not been washed.

My MOT was done quickly, easy booking as well!

Car was exactly as described and well priced. Had good communication throughout and when I went to collect it I was made to feel very welcome. Smiled all the way home in my new car

Booking, service and showroom experience - would award five stars. However, two phone calls to the service team, before service and before pickup, went unanswered.

Easy booking process. Was offered a place to park in an otherwise really busy parking area. MOT and Service was completed in 2 hours whilst I waited (had a coffee in Westcroft Centre nearby) Car was cleaned up as well which was a pleasant surprise. This was my first service with them and it went well

A very professional team. A busy place but I've been serviced in good time.

Bought the new Dacia Bigster. 6 months down the line Engine at risk of failure, followed by numerous other warnings or faults and one complete breakdown. 3 months on and 6 courtesy cars still not fixed after numerous attempts backwards and forwards to the dealership. Have had to complain at every stage to attempt to get it sorted. Extremely stressful, mentally draining and time consuming.

Danny was so helpful throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble

Everyone was polite professional and friendly. But please keep the disabled bay free for disabled people. I rang the night before and was promised it would be free. It wasn’t. It was being used for sold cars due to be picked up. I can’t get my wheelchair out and push it up hill. Fortunately Nick helped me. But that’s not the point. I should be able to park the same as able bodied people. Especially when booked in, but I shouldn’t have to ring up and check. Otherwise 5 stars! Lovely people. I wouldn’t mention it but I was told it’s always used for sold pick ups.

The date of my visit might be off by a day!

Slight issue when checking vehicle in for annual service, in that the booking made a few weeks beforehand wasn't showing on the service system, but was accepted for service on the day anyway along with a courtesy vehicle after a very short wait.
Good communication throughout, with total charge as expected, all sorted out within the day as required. See you next year!

Fantastic reception/telephone staff, very professional, helpful and friendly. Work and testing carried out quickly and efficiently. All prices are upfront and clear. Advisory notes are accurate and very helpful in ascertaining when future work will be needed. They are very fair and not greedy like other garages can be.

The staff were very friendly, polite, explained everything from start to finish and who ever valets the cars needs a medal.

We picked up a new car at Brayley's on 2nd March. The whole process from start to finish was excellent. All the staff were very professional , helpful & kind. The whole procedure was enjoyable.
